Karen – Stylist

Karen is a second-generation hairstylist from the local area. After graduating from Lake Howell High School, she attended the Orlando Vocational Technical School.  She then graduated from the Orlando Beauty School where she met Mitchell Wade Salon owner, Mitch Eubanks.

Karen has worked at the Mitchell Wade Salon for over 12 years.  She choose to work at the Mitchell Wade Salon because of its ideal location, and because owners Mitch and Eneth run a very professional salon. Her favorite aspect about working at the Mitchell Wade Salon is that there is a sense of respect and a family bond among the staff.

Karen undoubtedly adds her own personal qualities to this family. She not only embodies the qualities that make her a spectacular stylist; she is prompt, stabile, accommodating, and consistent, but she is also caring, honest, and dependable, a great person to talk to and be around.  Karen consistently honors her colleagues, believing that each stylist offers something special to the industry. Karen believes that making people feel good about themselves and their hair every day is one of the best accomplishments you can receive in the styling business.

Karen also has a family of her own.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and 13-year-old son outside of the Salon.  Karen and her husband will be celebrating their 20^th wedding anniversary in 2011.
