Instead of making lines with your body, you’re making lines and angles with hair. Styling hair and dancing are both about movement
Once a popular dancer with Southern Ballet Theatre (now the Orlando Ballet Company), Mitch sees cosmetology as a natural transition from his background in dance. “Instead of making lines with your body, you’re making lines and angles with hair. Styling hair and dancing are both about movement.” His current career began shortly after his retirement from dance. During his tenure at his first salon, Eubanks found his calling and the woman he now calls his wife and business partner, Eneth.
Mitch spent much of his early years in the industry traveling around the United States with Innovative Styling Options (ISO) working as an Educator and Platform Artist. His travels gave him the opportunity to work alongside industry greats such as Xenon, Eric Fisher, and Daniel Galvin, among many others.
Mitch and Eneth opened The Mitchell Wade Salon in 2000. The Salon was recently chosen to be part of the super-elite list of Salon Today’s Top 200 Salons in the US. His hard work and dedication have earned him national and international recognition. Mitch and the highly successful Salon have been nominated for the prestigious Global Salon Business Award, as well as for the coveted title of Salon Entrepreneur of the Year™. With its hip décor and range of services, the salon has been nationally recognized in publications such as Elle and W.
