The Mission Statement of the Mitchell Wade Salon is also the base for the Salon Team Philosophy, according to Mitch Eubanks, salon owner. “My success comes from helping those around me to be successful.” The goal of the salon is to help make each individual confident in his or her chosen position. Whether it is Assistant, Technician or Administrative. To achieve this, each individual is given their own personal goals as well as training to show them how to achieve these goals.

Incentives are offered for salon goals which bring all these individuals together working as a team which also promotes a fun environment. Couple this team spirit with continuous education, which is mandatory, at least twice a month, and we have a unique and highly technical trained team with their fingers on the pulse of customer service in an upscale, trendy, yet welcoming environment.

Each year team members are awarded for their successes through continued education “field trips.”On April 3rd and 4th, 2011 with an overnight stay at the Daytona Hilton Oceanside, all expenses paid, the stylist and assistants attended a Wella cut and coloring class given by the The Doves.  Chosen because of our support of Wella color this exclusive intimate class was limited to 50 participates and our team made up a fifth of those there! Quite an honor and shows our dedication to continuing to advance our service to you through our educational growth.

We offer a simple 401K plan, for which the salon contributes the maximum allowed as well as a group rate health insurance.
